Arbor Terrace provides three apartment options: companion, one bedroom and two bedroom suites.  Rates range from $3,350 to $4,950.  Please give us a call to discuss which option is best for you!

• Arbor Supportive Living: +$400/month
• Arbor Enhanced Living: +$700/month
• Arbor Comprehensive Living: +$1,500/month

• Community Fee: $3,000 one-time fee
• Second Related Resident (plus Level of Care Fee): $1,600/month

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
